The website mapincidents.kg follows the confidentiality policy in treating personal information (name, email, occupation, age, etc.), which can be collected on this website.

Mapincidents collects emails of users who provide information on incidents or subscribe to our newsletter. We also can collect other personal information, including postal address and occupation, from users who decide to email such information to us. 
Mapincidents will collect personal information from you only if you provide it to us on a voluntary basis. Under no circumstances do we sell or share this information.
We will not disclose personal information without your preliminary consent. We shall do it only when it is required by law or such disclosure is required to respond to subpoena, court orders, or other legal proceedings. We may also disclose information about our users to law enforcement officers, when such disclosure is required to meet our requirements, respond to the statements of infringement of third-party rights, as well as to protect our rights, property or personal safety of our employees and the society.

Mapincidents collects non-personal information [IP addresses and registration data] of website visitors to help us understand how our website is used. Therefore, Mapincidents.kg may place cookies or small text files on the visitor’s browser. The cookie assigns a unique ID to the user that allows to save information for next times without the need to enter it once again. The cookie file will not disclose any information to other persons.

Mapincidents makes the review of the internal data processing available on this website. It already contains all necessary functions such as the cookie policy. The user receives information when our website uses cookies to collect data. Users may demand to remove all their personal data at any time.
